KURT R. LUEDTKE, President, Graduated with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University in 1980. He joined the Luedtke Engineering Company in 1983 after three years experience as a Field Engineer on dredging projects for Canonie Pacific. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan. Kurt has been the president since 1996.

PAUL L. LUEDTKE, Secretary/Treasurer, graduated with a B.S. degree in Accounting from Michigan Technological University in 1982. He joined Luedtke Engineering Company in 1986 after two years with Giffels Associates as a Construction Manager and Contract Administrator. Paul has been the chief financial officer since 1994.

THOMAS N. ZATKOVIC, General Superintendent/Fleet Captain, graduated with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1972. He has been active in the Company since 1967, becoming General Superintendent in January 1976. In 2007 Tom was the Project Manager on dredging projects in Lake Erie for the Buffalo District Corps of Engineers.

JON D. KEILLOR, Project Manager, graduated with an Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Michigan Technological University in 1974. He joined Luedtke Engineering Company in 1971, worked briefly with T.V.A. as a Construction Inspector at Hartsville Nuclear Plant at Hartsville, Tennessee before returning to Luedtke Engineering Company. In 2007 Jon was the Project Manager on dredging projects in Lake Michigan for the Detroit District Corps of Engineers.

TIMOTHY M. KIBBY, Project Manager, graduated with an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Michigan Technological University in 1979. He has been active in the company since 1976. In 2006 & 2007 Tim was the Project Manager on an aquatic ecosystem restoration project in Wolf Lake, Indiana for the Chicago District Corps of Engineers.

KEVIN K. HOLLENBECK, Field Superintendent/Captain/Foreman, joined Luedtke Engineering Company in April of 1982. He has worked his way through the ranks on various projects as Deckhand, Captain, Foreman and Superintendent. In 2007 Kevin was Field Superintendent on dredging projects including the Calumet Harbor Maintenance Dredging project for the Chicago District Corps of Engineers.

DON MILLS, Field Superintendent/Captain/Foreman, joined Luedtke Engineering Company in September of 1979. He has worked on various projects as a Deckhand, Captain, Foreman and Superintendent. In 2007 Don was Dredge Captain on the barge unloader “Lucille T”.

ALBERT L. CROPEK, Field Superintendent/Foreman, joined Luedtke Engineering Company in November of 1973. He has worked on various projects as a Deckhand, Captain, Diver, Foreman and Superintendent. In 2007 Bud was Project Superintendent on dredging projects including the Cuyahoga River Maintenance Dredging project in Cleveland Ohio for the Buffalo District Corps of Engineers.

JAMES D. HOLTREY, Field Superintendent/Foreman, joined Luedtke Engineering Company in August of 1975. He has worked his way through the ranks on various projects as a General Laborer, Rangeman, Oiler, Deck Engineer, Operator, Operator Foreman and Superintendent. In 2007 Jim was Dredge Foreman on the dredge “Derrick Boat #16”.
